Refund policy

At PPE Hub, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unused and unopened items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Items must be in resalable condition

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@ppehub.ca with your order details.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or branded products (including printed or decorated PPE)
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@ppehub.ca.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are:

  • Non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Important Notice

As a distributor, some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Return approvals may be subject to supplier policies, and restocking fees may apply in certain cases.

All product specifications, certifications, and compliance standards are the responsibility of the manufacturer. PPE Hub acts as a distributor and does not assume liability for product misuse or improper application.
